LOGLINE
The protagonist, PUMA, is an otherworldly being living in this world, but she gradually discovers that she is different from other members of her kind.
SYNOPSIS
P'uma, a Raider who cannot accept the beliefs of her people, escapes to the Witch Academy with the help of oppressed humans who see her as their hope. Though she reaches the academy, she is rejected at first due to her Raider heritage. Undeterred, she challenges the academy but is still met with hostility. Despite this, she is eventually accepted by the teachers, though her peers continue to shun and bully her.
During her time at the academy, P'uma’s Raider background allows her to use magic that even the sorceresses don’t know. This gains her some recognition after she helps resolve a crisis during a lesson. However, she is challenged by Luan, the academy’s strongest student. Though P'uma narrowly loses, she wins Luan’s respect.
As the academy’s seasonal test approaches, P'uma struggles but is aided by her kind classmate, Mal. Together, they pass the trials. However, during the final exam, a Raider invades the academy, causing chaos. P'uma, Luan, and Mal join forces to fight off the invader until the sorceresses arrive. Afterward, P'uma is summoned by the headmistress, who reveals herself to be a Raider and confesses that the invasion was a test designed to assess P'uma’s abilities.
PUMA
As a member of the alien race, she outwardly appears to be a young woman from the alien community. However, due to a fateful encounter, she rediscovers her Indigenous heritage, realizing that she is the descendant of witches from the original human lineage.
